Development and justification of the main parameters of a rotary pin device for processing dried grapes through vertical actions

The article presents the results of experimental studies in laboratory conditions on a device that performs primary processing of dried grape fruits and their separation from branches. Scientific and practical research and developments carried out in this area were analyzed, and the tasks of the research were defined. The design parameters of the device for separating dried grapes from bunches were investigated. The internal and external diameters of the plate installed on the device, the installation angle of the plate, the height of the pins, and other parameters were studied. In laboratory conditions, the technological processes of the device for separating dried grape pomace were studied, and it was established that changes in rotation speed affect the quality of work. Based on experimental studies, the following parameters of the device for separating dried grapes from bunches were determined. Based on experimental studies conducted under laboratory conditions, a device for separating dried grape berries from stems was developed for the initial processing of dried grapes. The technological processes of the device for separating dried grapes from the stems are based on the results obtained in experimental studies.
