On identifying permissible conditions for the use of unmanned aerial vehicles inside indoor sports facilities
Аннотация
The article examines conditions for the safe use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) inside indoor sports facilities, using the example of the Ivan Yarygin Sports Palace in Krasnoyarsk. It analyzes regulatory and legal aspects of operating drones in enclosed spaces, where the requirements of air legislation do not apply. Special attention is paid to the experimental assessment of the noise level generated by the DJI Avata quadcopter using a CEM DT-805 sound level meter. The measurements made it possible to determine a safe operational zone and compare the obtained data with the background noise during a men’s Super League volleyball match. Based on the results, recommendations to minimize the acoustic impact on athletes and spectators are formulated. The potential of using UAVs not only for filming and monitoring but also as a tool for adapting athletes to technological stimuli is substantiated. It is concluded that introducing drones into the training process of student teams will allow athletes to become accustomed to the presence of aircraft at an early stage, reducing the distracting factor at high-level competitions. Directions for further research are proposed.
