Political-legal framework and economic potential of creative economy development in Uzbekistan

This thesis examines the emerging political and legal framework for the development of the creative economy in Uzbekistan from a scientific and analytical perspective. The analysis shows that in recent years, strategic documents, presidential decrees, and government policies have established an important institutional foundation for the growth of the creative economy. However, the sector is still developing indirectly, mainly through IT and digital services, while traditional creative industries lack a comprehensive and systematic policy approach. The study highlights the relevance of the creative economy based on demographic, economic, and technological factors. It also emphasizes its role in regional development, employment generation, and export diversification.
