Аннотация

This research proposes a blockchain-based evidence management system to enhance judicial integrity and transparency by ensuring secure, tamper-resistant, and auditable handling of judicial evidence. The framework integrates permissioned blockchain architecture, cryptographic hashing, smart contracts, and hybrid off-chain storage to maintain an immutable chain of custody, enable real-time integrity verification, and enforce access control among authorized judicial stakeholders. Experimental evaluation demonstrates that the proposed system significantly improves evidence integrity, traceability, security, and transparency compared to conventional centralized approaches, while maintaining acceptable system performance and scalability. The results validate blockchain as a reliable technological foundation for strengthening trust, accountability, and fairness in modern digital judicial processes.
