Аннотация

The article provides an overview of contemporary achievements in the field of industrial safety based on IoT sensors and machine learning algorithms. Key technologies for sensor monitoring, predictive analytics methods, and data-processing approaches for identifying and preventing emergencies in production are considered. The research of the last five years has been analyzed, and the main trends and strengths of existing solutions, as well as the limitations and gaps of integrating IoT and machine learning into a single safety system, have been identified. The overview shows that intellectual systems have significant potential to improve safety across industries and identifies promising areas for further research, including multimodal monitoring systems, digital twins, and industrial data standardization.
