Аннотация

This paper presents a comprehensive study of digital medical image processing with a specific focus on gallbladder diagnostics. The research addresses three interrelated objectives: the development and refinement of digital processing techniques for gallbladder images, the application and evaluation of advanced filtering methods, and the construction of a mathematical model describing the movement of gallstones within biliary fluid. Particular attention is given to edge-preserving filters, especially the bilateral filter, which demonstrates high efficiency in suppressing noise and artifacts while maintaining essential structural information such as organ contours, tissue boundaries, and fine texture details. Theoretical foundations of bilateral filtering are analyzed in detail, and its practical application in biomedical image analysis is discussed. The results confirm that the integration of advanced digital filtering with mathematical modeling significantly improves both the visual quality and quantitative reliability of medical images, contributing to more accurate diagnostic assessment of gallbladder pathology.
