Аннотация

Enterocolitis associated with Hirschsprung's disease remains one of the most severe and frequent postoperative complications in children, despite significant progress in the surgical treatment of this disease. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the immunological mechanisms underlying its development. This review is aimed at analyzing modern concepts of the role of innate and adaptive immunity, cytokine imbalance, intestinal barrier function disorders, and microbiota changes in the pathogenesis of enterocolitis. It has been shown that immunological disorders play a key role in the formation of the inflammatory process and can serve as a target for the development of new methods of prevention and therapy.
