Аннотация

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the content and essence of the newly revised Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the socio-political factors that led to its adoption and its role in the development of society. The study scientifically examines the priority of the principle of “human dignity” put forward in the Constitution, the new mechanisms for ensuring human rights and freedoms, and the strengthening of a human-centered approach in public administration. Furthermore, the article analyzes the recognition of Uzbekistan as a social state and its practical significance. It reveals the content of constitutional norms aimed at enhancing social protection, education, healthcare, employment, and improving the welfare of the population. The role of civil society institutions, their constitutional status, and the new model of interaction between the state and society are also considered as important areas of scientific inquiry.
