ASSESSMENT AND FORECASTING OF ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY IN TEXTILE ENTERPRISES BASED ON REGIONAL CHARACTERISTICS

This study presents a comprehensive methodology for evaluating and forecasting the economic efficiency of textile enterprises. To accurately determine the operational level of the organizational and economic mechanisms within these enterprises, a five-stage rating assessment system has been developed. The proposed methodology distinguishes itself by integrating the evaluation of both organizational governance criteria (such as management structure, transparency, and internal control) and economic criteria (including production planning, asset utilization, and financial condition). Utilizing a 100-indicator scale adapted from international corporate governance practices, the system allows for the calculation of an integrated efficiency coefficient. The practical application of this rating methodology enables enterprise management to objectively diagnose their operational state, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven strategic decisions to enhance overall economic performance.
