Аннотация

Chronic non-communicable diseases (NCDs) remain the leading cause of death and disability worldwide, accounting for more than 74% of all deaths. Information technologies are creating new opportunities for increasing the effectiveness of early detection and continuous monitoring of these diseases. The article analyzes the global and domestic experience of using information technologies in screening and monitoring of patients with chronic non-communicable diseases. The study covers the application of telemedicine, mobile applications, artificial intelligence and electronic health information systems in the screening system. The use of information technologies allows for early detection of diseases, ensuring continuous communication between the doctor and the patient, increasing adherence to treatment, and optimizing resource consumption. At the same time, it was revealed that there are obstacles to the integration of digital technologies into the healthcare system, such as a lack of digital resources, insufficient qualifications of medical personnel, and incomplete regulatory framework. At the end of the article, proposals and recommendations are given to increase the effectiveness of screening and monitoring of patients with SCD using information technologies.
