This article examines the impact of digital technologies on the transformation of modern crime. The relevance of the topic is determined by the growing level of cybercrime and the increasing complexity of its forms in the context of digitalization of society. The aim of the study is to analyze current challenges for criminal law. The article explores new types of crimes, as well as the transformation of traditional forms of criminal activity. Special attention is paid to issues of jurisdiction, anonymity, and legal regulation. As a result, measures are proposed to improve criminal legislation and develop international cooperation
