This article explores the pedagogical principles and strategies for designing educational content aimed at shaping the professional image of future engineers. By aligning theoretical education with practical industry demands, the proposed educational design fosters the development of highly qualified, competitive, and socially responsible engineering professionals who are well-prepared for the challenges of the modern labor market.
