This paper analyzes the adoption of digital technologies in supply chain management (SCM) with a particular focus on Uzbekistan’s automotive industry. The study examines the role of advanced digital tools such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and big data analytics in enhancing supply chain performance. Despite the growing importance of digital transformation, the level of adoption in Uzbekistan remains limited and uneven. The research identifies key challenges, including insufficient infrastructure, lack of integration, and low digital maturity of suppliers. At the same time, significant opportunities exist for improving efficiency, transparency, and competitiveness through digitalization. The study proposes strategic recommendations for accelerating digital transformation in supply chains.
