CLINICAL FEATURES OF JOINT SYNDROME IN VARIOUS DISEASES IN CHILDREN
Аннотация
This article reviews the clinical polymorphism of joint syndrome in children based on an analysis of contemporary literature. The aim of the study was to systematize the specific clinical signs of joint involvement in systemic, hematological, and infectious diseases. The paper provides a detailed description of the clinical features of joint syndrome in systemic lupus erythematosus, juvenile idiopathic arthritis, scleroderma, and psoriatic arthritis. Characteristic manifestations of arthritis associated with Henoch–Schönlein purpura, hemophilia, and post-COVID-19 infection were also analyzed. The findings indicate that the presence of morning stiffness, the nature of pain, the number of affected joints, and extra-articular manifestations form a specific clinical picture for each disease. The article may serve as a theoretical resource for pediatricians in studying the diversity of clinical forms of joint syndrome.
