Аннотация

This study develops a pedagogical-methodological approach to improving the physical fitness of high school students based on the integration of extracurricular activities. Within the framework of the study, an additional training system in the form of circuit training was introduced. A mechanism for differentiating physical loads according to students’ individual characteristics was proposed through the use of the “SAN.GAY-1” sports device and mobile monitoring tools based on an integrated fitness index. The training process was organized within a blended learning framework that integrates traditional face-to-face instruction with digital monitoring technologies. In this model, instructional control and pedagogical decision-making are carried out by the teacher, while digital tools serve supportive and monitoring functions aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of the educational process. The results of pedagogical observation, practical testing, and mathematical-statistical analysis confirmed the high effectiveness of the proposed approach in improving students’ physical fitness, increasing the efficiency of the educational process, and ensuring the safety of training sessions.
