“Socio-Cultural Transformations of Students’ Physical Education in Distance Learning Conditions: The Example of the Republic of Karakalpakstan”

The article is devoted to the socio-cultural transformations of students’ physical education in the conditions of distance learning, using the example of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. The impact of digital technologies on the formation of students’ healthy lifestyle culture, educational mobility, and social integration is examined. Examples are provided of the achievements of Karakalpakstan athletes in the Paralympic movement, as well as the digital initiatives of higher educational institutions. The social effects, institutional limitations, and prospects for the development of distance physical education within the region’s continuous education system are identified. Practical recommendations are offered to improve the accessibility and effectiveness of digital physical education programs.
