SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTORS OF PROFESSIONAL STRESS AND EMOTIONAL STRAIN AMONG INSPECTOR-PSYCHOLOGISTS

This article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the socio-psychological factors of occupational stress and emotional strain arising in the professional activity of inspector-psychologists. It also examines the causes of stress, its impact on individual professional performance, emotional exhaustion syndrome, and the processes of professional burnout. Based on the research findings, recommendations aimed at reducing stress levels and enhancing psychological resilience are proposed.
