INDIVIDUALIZATION OF NEUROSURGICAL TACTICS BASED ON MULTIPARAMETRIC INTEGRAL RISK STRATIFICATION IN TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY

This study was aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of individualizing neurosurgical tactics in patients with traumatic brain injury (TBI) through the application of an integral risk assessment algorithm based on clinical, neuroimaging, and pathogenetic parameters. A prospective analysis was conducted on 40 patients, with risk stratification performed using data obtained from the Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS), multislice computed tomography (MSCT), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The proposed algorithm facilitated the standardization of surgical decision-making and contributed to positive clinical outcomes in 92.5% of patients. The results demonstrated that a multiparametric approach is an effective tool for optimizing neurosurgical management and improving treatment outcomes in patients with traumatic brain injury.
