Koku Universe: Friction as the Aggregate of Micro-Interface Layer Density Gradients

Аннотация

Friction is revealed as the aggregate sum of countless micro-scale action-reaction events at surface interface points. Every microscopic surface protrusion (high local N) meeting a depression (low local N) generates a local gradient event ∇(1/N). F_friction = Σ ∇(1/N) at all micro-interfaces. Static friction, kinetic friction, and frictional heat are all consequences of Koku-plane layer density interaction at the micro-scale. Fourth paper in the classical mechanics unification chain: v_t∝1/N → F=∇(1/N) → Action-Reaction → Friction. Part of TheYKHC Koku Universe Research Series.
