Intelligent System of Professional Risk Digital Monitoring at Hazardous Production Facilities Based on Biometric Control of the Functional State of Personnel
Аннотация
The occupational injury rate and risk factors at hazardous production facilities of the mining and metallurgical industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2020–2024 have been thoroughly analyzed. Special attention has been paid to the human factor as the main cause of incidents under the intensive 12-hour work schedule. The study has substantiated the transition from traditional control methods to a forecasting monitoring digital system based on the regulatory system stress index using R.M. Bayevsky’s methodology. The author proposes an algorithm for automated detection of critical phases of the operator’s functional state, registering points of body decompensation until the moment of the occurrence of erroneous actions. Based on statistical modeling, it has been proven that implementing the proposed biometric control selectively neutralizes up to 34.1 % of risks associated with microsleep and loss of concentration. The study emphasizes the importance of implementing Resolution № 454 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan by introducing intelligent wearable devices. Recommendations for integrating the developed system into the general digital strategy for occupational safety management at enterprises in the mining and metallurgical industry have been formulated, which will significantly reduce the incidence of severe injuries and fatalities.
