Аннотация
This article analyzes the role and significance of folk proverbs in the formation of speech culture of preschool children (3–7 years old) from a scientific and pedagogical point of view. The article reveals the linguistic, psychological and didactic features of proverbs as an important genre of oral folk art. The research used observation, interview, pedagogical experiment and statistical analysis methods. The results obtained show that the systematic use of proverbs expands the lexical wealth of children, improves the culture of communication and fosters love for the native language.
