SCIENTIFIC-THEORETICAL ISSUES OF FORMING SPEECH CULTURE IN PRIMARY STUDENTS

This article analyzes the scientific and theoretical foundations, pedagogical, and psychological aspects of developing speech culture among primary school students. The role of mother tongue education in improving speech culture, as well as methods and techniques for enhancing students’ oral and written speech, are discussed. The article also examines the importance of communicative approaches, interactive methods, and national and spiritual values in the process of speech culture formation. Special attention is given to developing students’ free thinking, accurate, and fluent speech skills
