in recent years, as a result of reforms implemented in the education system, the number of private educational institutions has been increasing significantly. Private schools play an important role in providing modern educational services, introducing innovative pedagogical technologies, and improving the quality and competitiveness of education. At the same time, the effective functioning of these institutions largely depends on the proper organization of the management system. The effectiveness of management activities in private schools is closely related to pedagogical, organizational, and social factors, and the scientific study of this process is considered one of the urgent pedagogical problems. This research is aimed at analyzing the effectiveness of management activities in private schools as a pedagogical problem.
