In this article, the formation of meta-reflexive skills in students and its impact on effectiveness are analyzed empirically. The study examined the possibilities of developing meta-reflexive skills based on reflexive learning technologies, problem tasks, self-assessment, and metacognitive exercises. Comparative analysis between the experimental and control groups showed that the targeted formation of meta-reflexive skills significantly increases students' learning motivation, critical thinking, and the stability of academic results. The obtained results justify the need for the widespread introduction of the reflexive approach into the practice of higher education and allow the development of methodological recommendations for strengthening the readiness of students for independent learning.
