ABI

Аннотация

This article analyzes the sociological aspects of quality management in higher education institutions. The purpose of the study is to identify the social, institutional, and pedagogical factors influencing educational quality and to evaluate them through a sociological approach. The research employed methods such as system analysis, comparative research, sociological modeling, indicator-based assessment, and statistical analysis. The “input–process–output” model served as the methodological framework of the study. The findings revealed that academic staff competence, student motivation, educational environment, and management effectiveness significantly influence educational quality. Empirical analysis based on SPSS confirmed the priority of human capital factors in ensuring educational effectiveness. The study concludes that improving educational quality requires the development of comprehensive monitoring systems, the expansion of the digital educational environment, and the enhancement of institutional management efficiency within higher education institutions.
