Underlying dataset for "Integrative taxonomy reveals two new species of Gagea (Liliaceae) from the Pamir–Alay Mountains, Central Asia

This dataset supports the article “Integrative taxonomy reveals two new species of Gagea (Liliaceae) from the Pamir–Alay Mountains, Central Asia.” It contains the nrITS sequence alignment, GenBank accession information, phylogenetic tree files, BEAST divergence-time analysis files, pairwise genetic-distance matrices, PCoA values, comparative morphological tables, and georeferenced occurrence records for Gagea furkatii and Gagea quasibergii. Two specimens representing taxa not formally described in this article have been anonymized consistently as Gagea_5_sp1 and Gagea_7_sp2. Their nucleotide sequences and analytical positions have not been altered. The newly generated nrITS sequences are available in NCBI GenBank under accession numbers PZ325592 for Gagea quasibergii and PZ325591 for Gagea furkatii.
