Based on the Hamilton(Lagranj) principle there was developed a nonlinear mathematical model of flexible magnetoelastic plate relative to its displace. There also was developed a computational algorithm to solve considered ploblem using Bubnov-Galerkin, Gauss and iterative numerical methods.
