Generalization of the Reissner-Nordström Solution to the Einstein Field Equations

The field equations for coupled gravitational and zero-mass scalar fields in the presence of a point charge are solved in the spherically symmetric static case. The resulting solution is the generalization of the Reissner-Nordstr\"om solution in the presence of a zero-mass meson field.
