IMPROVING THE METHODOLOGY FOR DETERMINING THE STANDARD TIME ON OPERATIONS PERFORMED WITH WAGONS IN MARSHALLING YARDS

The article discusses the time of technical and commercial inspection of wagons in the receiving park of the technical section, the parking of cars to be processed at the peak of sorting and weighing, and the time of parking until completion of the content. The analysis of the proposed method provides the possibility of increasing the standard time taken before the arrival of trains to the technical area and before its shipment. The method also allows to determine the time spent on maintenance of wagons so that they remain idle, as well as to correctly use the time rate based on the duration of the delivery of the goods.
