Toward an empirical theory of pulsar emission. VI - The geometry of the conal emission region: Appendix and tables

This paper presents auxiliary material pertaining to an empirical analysis of the geometry of the conal emission region of pulsars. An Appendix discusses the classification of pulsars with double-conal profiles, and eight tables with notes present the geometrical calculations on a pulsar-by-pulsar basis.
