Аннотация

New break-junction tunneling data are reported in ${\mathrm{Bi}}_{2}{\mathrm{Sr}}_{2}{\mathrm{CaCu}}_{2}{\mathrm{O}}_{8+\ensuremath{\delta}}$ over a wide range of hole concentration from underdoped $({T}_{c}\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}=\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}74\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}\mathrm{K})$ to optimal doped $({T}_{c}\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}=\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}95\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}\mathrm{K})$ to overdoped $({T}_{c}\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}=\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}48\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}\mathrm{K})$. The conductances exhibit sharp dips at a voltage, $\ensuremath{\Omega}/e$, measured with respect to the superconducting gap. Clear trends are found such that the dip strength is maximum at optimal doping and that $\ensuremath{\Omega}$ scales as ${4.9kT}_{c}$ over the entire doping range. These features link the dip to the resonance spin excitation and suggest quasiparticle interactions with this mode are important for superconductivity.
