The task of an educational institution is to help a novice teacher realize himself as a capable, talented person who has made the right professional choice, is able to show high results of work and demonstrate the best professional qualities. Competent management of the process of professional adaptation and professional development helps not only the professional growth of young specialists, but also contributes to the development of the educational institution.
