Distance training for training and retraining of specialists on railway transport

The paper considers the advantages of distance learning in the education system, analyzes the implementation of the program for the training and retraining of specialists in railway transport based on the concept of the development of the higher education system in the Republic of Uzbekistan to ensure the strong integration of science, education and production in order to improve the quality of education, prepare competitive personnel, effective organization of scientific and innovative activities, taking into account the interaction of a higher educational institution and production.
