Аннотация

In the creep process a metal transition to the superconducting state is accompanied by a sharp increase in the strain rate. This increase however does not start simultaneously with the transition but in some time (relaxation time or delay time). Experiments proved this time to be strongly dependent on the temperature of the superconductor and other experimental parameters. A detailed theoretical analysis is given of the delay time in the limits of the theory of metal softening at superconducting transition, earlier suggested by the author. It is shown that the experimentally measured delay time (value and character of dependence on experimental parameters) is close to the mean time of fluctuation dislocation surmounting local barriers. The interaction with the latters determines the kinetics of the creep process. [Russian text ignored].
