Clinical management of diseases remains one of the most critical responsibilities of modern healthcare systems. Common and life-threatening diseases continue to contribute significantly to global morbidity and mortality despite advances in medical science. Effective management requires early diagnosis, evidence-based treatment strategies, multidisciplinary collaboration, and continuous monitoring. This article provides a comprehensive overview of modern approaches to the clinical management of both common and life-threatening diseases. Emphasis is placed on evidence-based diagnosis, rational pharmacotherapy, non-pharmacological interventions, critical care principles, and patient-centered management.
