EFFECTIVE USE OF PERSONNEL POWERS IN ENTERPRISES

This article provides a detailed description of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the effective use of human resources in enterprises, areas for improving the human resources management system, and mechanisms for increasing labor productivity. The study reveals the content and structural structure of human resources, and systematically analyzes the factors affecting its formation and development. Also, the relationship between the effective use of human resources and the economic efficiency, production volume, and competitiveness of the enterprise is scientifically substantiated. Practical proposals and recommendations are developed based on advanced foreign experience and modern HRM approaches.
