CREATIVE ASSESSMENT PRACTICES IN LINGUISTICS AND EDUCATION MANAGEMENT

Assessment in linguistics-oriented education requires innovative approaches that measure not only language knowledge but also communicative competence, academic literacy, and learner autonomy. From the perspective of education management, assessment also serves as a mechanism for quality assurance and institutional accountability (Brown, 2019; Black & Wiliam, 2018). This article examines creative assessment practices in applied linguistics, focusing on their pedagogical value and managerial implications.
