WAYS TO DEVELOP FOREIGN EXCHANGE OPERATIONS OF COMMERCIAL BANKS

This article analyzes the development of foreign exchange operations of commercial banks, their role in the stability of the banking system and economic growth . In particular, the importance of foreign exchange operations, currency risk management mechanisms, international settlements, and modern banking technologies in this process is highlighted. Also, the processes of liberalization of the foreign exchange market in the banking system of Uzbekistan , the role of the introduction of digital banking services in improving the quality of foreign exchange services provided to customers, and ways to develop foreign exchange operations are substantiated. The results of the study will help increase the competitiveness of commercial banks and accelerate their integration into international financial markets.
