Аннотация

This thesis examines the pedagogical and methodological foundations of developing the accuracy and speed of technical actions in first league football players through simulator-based exercises. The purpose of the study is to substantiate training technology that combines repetitive technical drills, controlled variability, and game-oriented feedback in order to improve passing precision, first touch, shooting execution, and rapid motor response. The study relies on theoretical analysis, comparative review of coaching approaches, modeling, and pedagogical interpretation of football-specific training situations. The results indicate that simulator-based exercises create favorable conditions for stable repetition, differentiated workload, immediate correction of technical errors, and the gradual transfer of isolated movements into dynamic game actions. It is concluded that the effectiveness of such technology depends on staged progression, individualization, integration of perceptual-motor tasks, and systematic monitoring of technical indicators.
