A unified cosmological framework in which all matter and space are composed of a single toroidal fundamental unit (the genki particle). Matter particles are genki particles filled with Ma energy; spatial particles are empty genki particles. The Ki field (K_mu_nu) is a rank-2 tensor field forming a continuous mesh across the universe. Gravity = nabla rho_Ma in the KOKU spacetime layer. Dark matter = collective rho_Ma of spatial particles. Three neutrino flavors = three toroidal filling modes. IceCube GOLD-class alerts = residuals of materialization events. Explicit falsification criteria stated.
