Nonlinear absorption of an electromagnetic wave in a London superconductor

The kinetic equation is derived for low-lying excitations in a superconductor in the low-frequency range. For a London superconductor situated in an alternating electromagnetic field having an amplitude HcT/Δ≪H≪Hc, a solution is formulated which describes a strongly nonuniform distribution of excitations, and the magnitude of the absorption is calculated.
