Annotatsiya

Results are presented of an experimental investigation of the antiferromagnetic resonance (AFMR) spectrum of KMnF3 at frequencies of approximately 8.8, 36, and 75 GHz in the 42–90 °K interval in magnetic fields of up to 130 kOe. Intense absorption bands were detected in the polarization of the h component of the high-frequency field which was parallel to the magnetic field H, and a structure in the AFMR spectrum was detected that was due to the influence of domains. The effect of uniaxial compression on the AFMR spectrum was studied. In discussing the data obtained the theory of the AFMR spectrum was used in which the Dzyaloshinskii interaction was taken into account. The experimental results are explained by calculating the intensities of the AFMR lines for parallel polarization.
