Annotatsiya

An experimental and theoretical investigation of the supercritical current states in narrow superconducting films has been conducted near Tc. New physical aspects of superconductivity associated with the formation of superconducting nuclei for electric fields in the films that are less than the critical field Ec2, and also with the development of a microscopic “phase” stratification structure, are discussed. Features on the current-voltage characteristics of films that are associated with the stratification structure, its motion, and with oscillation of the electric potential on specimens of finite length have been investigated.
