Annotatsiya

A study is made of the temperature dependence of the electrical resistance from the superconductivity transition up to 300°K, and the specific heat in the interval T ≈90–130°K for the layered compounds NbSe2 and solutions Nb1–xWxSe2 (x=0.05, 0.10, 0.15). The two-stage character of the structural transition with generation of a charge density wave and also the effect of tungsten impurities on the temperature of the structural and supercondctivity transitions is discussed.
