A method of solving the generalized Kadanoff–Baym kinetic equations is suggested. Explicit expressions are obtained for the electrical conductivity of alloys in the kinetic and hydrodynamic regimes. Carrier scattering by short-range impurities of arbitrary concentration, phonons, and lattice distortions, as well as the carrier spectrum renormalization, are taken into account. A novel low-temperature behavior of the electrical conductivity of alloys is predicted.
