It is shown that the dynamic behavior of “dirty” systems with electron-hole pairing can be described by a complex order parameter Δ(r, t) depending on spatial coordinates and on time. An equation for the order parameter is derived from first principles. The behavior of the system is studied in the low-frequency limit, when the external perturbation frequency is ω≪|Δ|2τ (τ is the electron mean free time between collisions with impurities). The energy dissipation with moving vortex structure is calculated.
