Phase transitions in CsDy(MoO4)2 doped with trivalent ion impurities

The effect of impurities on the structural phase transition temperature in CsDy(MoO4)2 is investigated. It is shown that the phase transition temperature decreases sharply with the reduction of Dy3+ ion concentration. In doped crystals, a new phase transition is found in the temperature range 20–30 °K.
