Annotatsiya

We investigate the resonance and oscillatory phenomena in two-dimensional superstructures in the case of thin films with a superstructure potential U(x,y). The high-frequency absorption has resonance-type features at frequencies ωnm which are determined by the superstructure period and by the Fermi velocity uF of the charge carriers. When a constant magnetic field H is applied, the static conductivity becomes an oscillatory function of H, and the oscillation period is given by the ratio of the Larmor radius to the period of the superstructure potential.
