Annotatsiya
Electron tunneling in Bi–Tl films (55−90 at.% Bi) at pressures up to 12 kbar is studied experimentally. For component concentrations near that of Bi2Tl, the tunnel conductivity, which corresponds to the low-energy portion of the Bi–Tl phonon spectrum, reveals features that disappear at pressures P ≥ 3.5 kbar. These data demonstrate that there is a phonon instability near the phase equilibrium boundaries. Based on experimental data, the electron–phonon interaction functions α2(ω)F(ω) are reconstructed and on their basis changes observed in superconducting properties are analyzed.
