The mobility of electrons localized near a liquid He4 surface has been investigated experimentally by different methods in the 0.1−1 °K temperature interval. The mobility increases according to a law close to T−1 as the temperature is lowered. The results obtained are in good agreement with available theoretical ideas. Preliminary investigations of surface electron mobility have been conducted in He3−He4 solutions with He3 concentrations less than 0.1%.
